David is a Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) candidate at the University of Victoria. His graduate research primarily focuses on the resultant issues of asymmetrical information within popular political discourse, as well as governmental pedagogies. He is passionate about community development, social justice, and accessibility rights. David is very excited to be joining LEDlab and Hastings Crossing Business Improvement Association as a project coordinator for the Building a Social Pipeline project, where he will be helping to develop business and social enterprise partnerships in the DTES. In addition to his interests in public policy, David is a bibliophile, and prior to beginning his graduate studies, he earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in the English Specialist program at the University of Toronto.
